Adeptify does this by applying the principles of dynamic skill theory to Learning Loops, or Virtuous Cycles of Learning. Think of it as Coaching on Demand, where you identify key development areas with your client, and either build (with our support) or use a Learning Loop from our library to provide easy to access support for ongoing practice.

In addition, the platform enables you to check and comment on client progress to accompany their journey. You can also incorporate organizational goals for groups. We do this by capturing micro-stories of learning, link them to customized success criteria measures and create dashboards to visualize individual and group learning.
