Adeptify has a goal to democratize development. By this we mean that we take all that we are learning about how to support people in developing their skills (defined very broadly).

We do this by helping people identify relevant learning goals, directing their attention to key aspects of their experience, helping them practice and providing structured prompts for anchoring the learning through reflection. This is followed by looping back to the learning goal and iterating this cycle, each time adding some micro-learning to build the neural network essential to robust skill development.

Adeptify calls these learning loops. Based on Lectica’s Virtuous cycles of learning, or VCoLs, learning loops enable learning to happen in the middle of everything.

Adeptify serves two types of clients. One set are coaches and consultants, educators and others wanting to support their clients with state of the art, easy to scale and impactful materials. You can learn more about resources we offer for this here.
