Building Emotional Resilience

Eight weeks, four loops: turning triggers into curiosity.

Live

Eight weeks: four learning loops to practice, with an online 90-minute meeting every two weeks led by a development mentor. Participants work with their own triggers: noticing them, recognizing how they respond, naming the fear underneath, and replacing it with curiosity.

What participants work on

  • Noticing their own triggers.
  • Recognizing how they respond.
  • Naming the fear underneath.
  • Replacing it with curiosity.
