Who we are

Democratizing leadership development

Leadership development has mostly been offered to a few people near the top of organizations. We think everyone who leads should have the support they need, whether they lead a team, a project, a family, or only themselves.

It also means development that lasts: done over time, practiced in your own work, with a development mentor alongside. That is what we mean by democratizing leadership development.

Adeptify grows out of years of academic research integrated into consulting practice about how leaders develop. It draws on networks of colleagues who have also worked deeply on these questions, as well as what many mentors have passed on along the way.

Adeptify is owned and operated by the Center for Transformative Leadership AS, a Norwegian company.

A note from Jonathan

For over thirty years I have studied how leaders grow, and designed and delivered programs that help them grow in their working lives.

Adeptify is where that work becomes something people can use, not only executives, but everyone who leads.
