Building Relational Resilience

Twelve weeks, six loops: from collusion to collaboration.

Live

Twelve weeks: six learning loops, with a meeting every two weeks led by a development mentor. Participants work on how they 'unintentionally collaborate' or collude in relationships: noticing their triggers, judgments and reactions, taking and seeking the other person's perspective, and reframing triggers with curiosity.

What participants work on

  • Noticing their triggers, judgments and reactions in relationships.
  • Taking and seeking the other person's perspective.
  • Reframing triggers with curiosity.

How it runs

Length and rhythm

Twelve weeks: six learning loops, with a 90-minute online meeting every two weeks led by a development mentor.

For a group, or one person

Usually run for a group; it can also be run for one person with a development mentor. For now there is no open enrollment for individuals.

Who leads the meetings

The meetings are led by a development mentor: one of our consultants, a partner consultant, or someone in the organization who has been mentored and oriented to run the program.
